Ceuta companies and organisations: signing of agreements for training placements for fine arts and design students

The Ministry of Education has published agreements aimed at facilitating training placements for intermediate and higher-level students from the Ceuta School of Art (Art. 48.8 Law 40/2015). These agreements enable collaboration between the educational centre and entities such as QR Fusión, SL or the Royal Football Federation of Ceuta to fulfil the practical training phase required by educational regulations (Art. 51.2 LOE and Art. 9 RD 596/2007).

In 2 key points

  1. Companies must supervise the student's progress and comply with occupational risk prevention regulations (tenth clause). (cláusula décima)
  2. The student must respect confidentiality and must not reproduce company data without permission (twelfth clause). (cláusula duodécima)

How it affects those involved

For collaborating companies and organisations (such as QR Fusión, SL or Salitre Formación y Publicidad, SL), the agreement establishes the obligation to supervise the training process, comply with occupational risk prevention regulations, and provide protective equipment if necessary (tenth clause). Students commit to adhering to schedules, safety rules, and maintaining the confidentiality of company data (twelfth clause).
