The Directorate General for Energy Policy and Mines has granted administrative authorisation and approved the execution project for a new position on the "Zaragoza-Calatayud" gas pipeline (Art. 5). The project, promoted by Redexis Infraestructuras, SL, will enable the injection of biomethane from the Biored Calatayud, SL plant in the municipality of Calatorao (Zaragoza). The resolution was issued under Hydrocarbons Law 34/1998 following public information procedures and consultations with administrations (Art. 83 Law 39/2015; RD 1434/2002).
For Redexis Infraestructuras, SL, the resolution imposes the duty to complete construction and request the commissioning certificate within a maximum period of twelve months from notification (Art. 5).
