The agreement signed between the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports and the company Multiservicios Buildarna, SL has been published to facilitate training placements for students from IES Siete Colinas in Ceuta (annex). The agreement regulates collaboration for the non-contractual work-based learning phase (Art. 42.2 LOE and Art. 66.4 LO 3/2022). The Ministry will manage Social Security contributions and cover the non-subsidised cost of the resulting fee (clause ten).
For Multiservicios Buildarna, SL, the agreement establishes obligations regarding supervision, occupational risk prevention, and data protection during the placements (clause eleven). The Ministry of Education will bear the non-subsidised Social Security cost for the students, estimated at 171.45 euros per person (clause ten). The educational centre must ensure tutoring and monitoring of the training process.
