Summary
Royal Decree 402/2026 replaces the statutes approved by Order TAS/1415/2007 with new statutes from the General Council of Official Colleges of Educators and Social Educators, in accordance with Law 41/2006 and Articles 1 and 6 of Law 2/1974. This update establishes a modern legal framework for social education professional colleges.
