The resolution establishes the procedure for domestic workers to carry out self-assessments and obtain certification of their training in occupational risk prevention (Resolution of 8 May 2026). This measure is implemented in accordance with additional provision 5 of Royal Decree 893/2024 (BOE index ref).
For domestic workers, a formal mechanism is established to certify their knowledge of health and safety (Resolution of 8 May 2026). For employers, this process allows for the verification of compliance with the preventive training required within the special employment relationship of domestic services.
