The collective agreement of the Spanish Retail Union, Cooperative and Tríppode, is extended to 30 March 2026, replacing the previous term ending on that date, as per the resolution of 30 December 2025 (art. 1). This extension applies without the need for prior renewal.
The IX Collective Agreement continues in effect until 30 March 2026 for retail businesses that have joined it, without changes to existing working conditions. Employers must ensure their employment contracts and working hours comply with the current agreement. No new obligations or deadlines apply (art. 1).
