Food paste companies: new collective agreement comes into force 1 January 2025

The 12th National Collective Agreement for food paste industries takes effect 1 January 2025 and is published in the BOE by resolution of 23 April 2026. It sets out labour conditions for 2025-2026 and is subject to renewal. Its entry into force is based on Articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 and is linked to the previous agreement published on 9 March 2023.

How it affects those involved

The implementation period runs until 31 December 2026, and the agreement may be extended.
