Public authorities to start negotiations on budget discrepancies

The Bilateral Cooperation Commission between the State and the Canary Islands has decided to initiate negotiations to resolve discrepancies in article 56, the 44th additional provision, and the 6th final provision of the Canary Islands Budget Law for 2026. This agreement is published in the BOE to comply with Article 33 of Organic Law 2/1979 of the Constitutional Court.
