State and regional administrations must publish disability assessment agreements in BOE within 30 days

The Secretary General of Territorial Coordination publishes a bilateral agreement between the State and Canary Islands on disability assessment procedures derived from Canary Islands Decree-Law 4/2025. This agreement establishes coordination in disability grading, in accordance with Article 33 of Organic Law 2/1979. Publication occurs under constitutional administrative cooperation rules (art. 33 LO 2/1979).
