Summary
Royal Decree 26/2026 rehabilitates the title of Marqués de las Atalayuelas in favour of Doña María Rosa de Ayguavives i Palomer, following payment of the applicable tax, in accordance with the 1948 Law and Royal Decree 222/1988. This act has historical and hereditary recognition, without affecting third parties with better title.
