Companies in Andalusia with productive spaces: 6 months to resolve normative discrepancies

The Subcommission of Andalusia and the State has agreed to initiate negotiations to resolve discrepancies in the application of Law 4/2025 on productive spaces. This agreement, published in the BOE on March 30, 2026, establishes a six-month period to address the normative differences between both parties (art. 1). The goal is to harmonize the conditions for promoting industry in Andalusia, improving clarity and coherence in the incentive regime.

In 2 key points

  1. A negotiation process begins to resolve discrepancies in the application of Law 4/2025 (art. 1)
  2. A six-month period to resolve the normative differences between the State and Andalusia (art. 1)

How it affects those involved

For companies in Andalusia operating in productive spaces, greater legal certainty is generated as a dialogue process between the State and the Region begins. Regional and central administrations will be able to align their incentive criteria, reducing ambiguities. Advisors must monitor the progress of negotiations to properly advise their clients. Companies dependent on incentives may see improvements in the transparency of the incentive award process.
