Companies in Andalusia with productive spaces: 6 months to resolve normative discrepancies

The Subcommission of Andalusia and the State has agreed to initiate negotiations to resolve discrepancies in the application of Law 4/2025 on productive spaces. This agreement, published in the BOE on March 30, 2026, establishes a six-month period to address the normative differences between both parties (art. 1). The goal is to harmonize the conditions for promoting industry in Andalusia, improving clarity and coherence in the incentive regime.
