Other gear vessels in Cantabria: mackerel quota for 2026 increases to 1,233,192 kg

This resolution modifies the management of the mackerel fishery (stock MAC/8C3411) for vessels using gears other than trawling or purse seining with home ports in Cantabria for the 2026 campaign. Due to the amendment of Regulation (EU) 2026/249, the adapted quota for the province of Cantabria increases to 1,233,192 kg (First). Of this total, 1,228,192 kg are allocated to directed fishing and 5,000 kg to bycatch (First).
