State and Extremadura to negotiate disputes over Extremadura Concordance Law 4/2025

The 2 December 2025 Resolution publishes an agreement between the State and Extremadura to initiate negotiations on discrepancies in Law 4/2025 on Concordance, particularly in articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 11, 16 and 17, as well as the transitional and derogatory provision (article 33 of Law 2/1979). This step aims to resolve administrative coordination legal conflicts between the two parties.
