The Directorate General for Industry of the Generalitat de Catalunya has authorised the renewal of the permit for the use and installation within the electricity grid of the RS Isolsec brand, model J..BP, medium voltage current measuring transformer, in favour of RS Isolsec, SL (First). This authorisation is governed by the Unified Regulation on Measuring Points of the Electricity System (Royal Decree 1110/2007, Fundamentals 1).
For RS Isolsec, SL, the resolution ensures the continued operational use of its J..BP transformer model within the electricity grid (First). The authorisation is valid for a maximum of five years and may be extended upon new application (Second.1). It is mandatory that the instruments pass an original verification inspection by an officially authorised inspector prior to installation (Second.2).
