Regional administrations must negotiate discrepancies in 6 articles of Law 14/2025 within 30 days

The Bilateral Commission for Administrative Cooperation between State and Generalitat has agreed to initiate negotiations on discrepancies in articles 23, 25, 26, 42, 45 and 83 of Law 14/2025, as well as its transitional provision. This agreement is published in the BOE to enable regional and state administrations to start alignment procedures. The 30-day period to initiate negotiations starts from publication (art. 1).
