Coastal enterprises in Valencia: 3 months to adapt to new coastal management rules

The resolution publishes an agreement between the State and the Generalitat to resolve discrepancies in the coastal regulation of Valencia, particularly in articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 31, and 37. This agreement is framed within the constitutional framework of administrative cooperation and aims to harmonize competences in coastal protection and management. Coastal enterprises must adapt their activities in accordance with the new regulations established in the agreement, which enter into force after publication in the BOE.
