Pharmaceutical companies to apply new collective agreement from 1 January 2025

The Mediterranean Pharmaceutical Brotherhood Collective Agreement comes into force on 1 January 2025 and is published in the BOE by the Directorate General of Labour. It is valid until 31 December 2028 and may be extended. It sets specific working conditions for the pharmaceutical distribution sector, effective from that date.
