A joint resolution from the Undersecretariats of Transport and Finance authorises the issuance and circulation of two postage stamp series from the Principality of Andorra (Art. 1). The 'Cultura Popular.-2026. Llimoi' series will have a value of 6.47 euros and will come into effect on 3 March 2026 (Art. 2). The 'Dones Andorranes.-2026. Maria Dolors Ribes i Rogé' series will have a value of 2.65 euros and will come into effect on 6 March 2026 (Art. 2).
For collectors and postal service users, new philatelic items are being made available with limited print runs of 45,000 units for each issue (Art. 2). Commercial distribution of these stamps will cease on 31 December 2031, although they will retain their postage value indefinitely until further notice (Art. 3).
