Consumers in areas affected by storm Leonardo: 30 days to access essential accommodation services

The resolution authorizes the application of article 20 ter of the Consumer Defense Law to essential accommodation services in areas affected by storm Leonardo. Access is guaranteed for 30 days from publication, ensuring consumers can obtain lodging under safe and dignified conditions. The agreement is published as an annex and is based on Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated 16 November (art. 20 ter).
