Individual fines range from €10,000 to €70,000 (Art. 101 Law 10/2014).

How it affects those involved

For executives and members of governing bodies of credit institutions, this resolution confirms personal and financial liability for deficiencies in the entity's supervision and internal control (Art. 93.p Law 10/2014). Although the sanctions have become final through administrative channels, it is noted that they have been appealed judicially and are therefore not yet final in a jurisdictional setting.
