Plant varieties: new species added to the Register of Commercial Varieties

Order APA/77/2026 formalises the registration of various varieties of species such as almond, cherry, lettuce, sweet corn, melon, gherkin, cucumber, pepper, sugar beet, and tomato in the Register of Commercial Varieties (First). Additionally, certain lettuce varieties are registered as conservation varieties (Second). This procedure complies with the provisions of Royal Decree 170/2011 (Articles 45 and 46).
