Moeve Group employees: extension of collective agreement until 31 December 2027

The agreement to extend and amend the 2nd Collective Agreement of the Moeve Group (formerly Cepsa) has been registered and published, extending its validity until 31 December 2027. The amendment includes new operating conditions, such as the possibility of working remotely from home for up to 20 days per year under specific circumstances (Article 1.6).

In 3 key points

  1. Extension of the collective agreement's validity until 31 December 2027 (acuerdo de prórroga)
  2. Right to work remotely for up to 20 days per year for justified reasons (art. 1.6)
  3. Possibility of up to 5 consecutive remote working days due to illness of a family member up to the 2nd degree (art. 1.6)

How it affects those involved

For Moeve Group employees, the regulation guarantees the continuity of agreed labour conditions until the end of 2027. An improvement in flexibility is introduced through the right to work remotely for up to 20 days per year due to family care, school holidays, or access limitations to the workplace (Art. 1.6). Group companies must manage these requests via prior notification to management and ensure organisational capacity to avoid overlaps within the same department (Art. 1.6).
