BMC One · Integrations included

Integrations included: your bank, your email, your signature and your ERP, connected to BMC One

BMC One works with what you already use, within your engagement: we read statements from any bank, link your email to your file, you sign with BMC Sign and your ERP or your CRM connects through BMC Link. No integration can move your money, and behind each one there is a person on our team.

First meeting free. BMC One comes with every BMC engagement, at no separate fee.

BMC Treasury

BMC Treasury: your bank, without giving us access to it

We load your bank statements (Norma 43, CSV or Excel) and reconcile your transactions; a direct connection with the bank is being set up. BMC One reads; it never moves money.

  • Statements from any bank

You send us the statement as you download it from your online banking, in Norma 43, CSV or Excel. We load it without duplicating any transaction.

  • Our team reconciles

We load your bank statements (Norma 43, CSV or Excel) and reconcile your transactions; a direct connection with the bank is being set up.

  • Nobody moves your money

We need no bank credentials of yours, and BMC One cannot order payments, transfers or direct-debit batches from your account. The only thing paid in BMC One is BMC's invoices, by card or direct debit, through an external payment provider.

Email and signing

Email, signing and meetings

  • Email linked to your file

Email threads with the team appear in your BMC One messages, and the team's replies stay in the same thread.

  • BMC Sign

Sign what we send you by drawing your signature, with a one-time code or with your own certificate, on a signing page in Spanish, English, French or German. Every document carries BMC's advanced electronic seal and a public code to verify it.

  • Meeting booking

Book your meeting with the team from our website; the appointment is saved to your record.

BMC Link

Your ERP, your CRM and your AI

BMC Link is the bridge between BMC One and your invoicing, accounting and collections systems. Your ERP or your CRM reads and writes with the permissions you set; a custom connector, built by our technical team, is quoted separately.

  • REST API

Your ERP or spreadsheets read and write your account's data, with permissions by area, resource and action.

    API and MCP
  • MCP server

Connect an MCP-compatible AI assistant to your account's data, without copying any key.

    Connect your AI
  • Signed webhooks

Signed notifications by webhook to your systems, with HMAC-SHA256, for invoices, journal entries, bank transactions, documents and more: being set up.
