BMC Connect: the Tax Agency, Social Security and DEHú, with no government portal for you to watch

If the Tax Agency or Social Security notifies you through DEHú, a person on the team writes to you within one business day with the deadline and the next step. Our team files, receives and watches on your behalf, with the representation you grant us. Once you have granted it, you never need to go back to any government portal: in BMC One you see every return with its receipt, every notice with its deadline and, if we hold your certificate, every use we make of it. BMC Connect is a set of connectors built by our technical team; each one is listed here with its status, and nothing is filed without a person approving it.

First meeting free. BMC One comes with every BMC engagement, at no separate fee.

Representation

How we act on your behalf

Each authority keeps its own register of representation. With the Tax Agency, you grant us a power of attorney on its e-office with your certificate or Cl@ve, or in person at a Tax Agency office. With Social Security, you assign your employer accounts to BMC's RED authorisation.

If you also need us to act where a power of attorney does not reach, you can leave your certificate with BMC Vault under a signed authorisation: you see every use we make of it, can download that log and can end our custody whenever you like.

BMC One shows you which powers of attorney we hold and which are missing, with the steps to grant them.

How a notice reaches you

From DEHú to your file

A Tax Agency notice, step by step.

  1. BMC team

    We detect it

Every hour we check your DEHú and detect each notice as soon as it is made available, before the ten calendar days the law allows for accessing it run out.

  2. BMC AI, on our servers

    The AI analyses it

Deadline, amount, risk and actions, with BMC AI.

  3. BMC team

    Your adviser decides

They get the analysis and decide the next steps. Anything that has to be filed is approved by a person.

  4. You

    You see it

The alert and its deadline, with the document, in BMC One.

Tax Agency

What we do with the Spanish Tax Agency

  • Forms 303 and 130 from BMC One

We file your VAT return (Form 303) and, if you are self-employed under direct assessment and it applies to you, your income tax instalment (Form 130), validated beforehand and approved by an adviser. The receipt is stored with the return.

  • Form 149

We file your option for the regime for workers posted to Spain (the Beckham regime) on your behalf, within six months of your Social Security registration.

  • Receipts for every return Companies

We download the returns your company has filed since 2020, with their receipts; you see them on your compliance board.

  • Notices

Every day we check the Tax Agency notices pending for the companies we represent; each one is analysed with BMC AI and reaches your adviser.

  • Powers of attorney

Every three hours, from 7 am to 10 pm, we check at the Tax Agency the powers of attorney you have granted us.

  • Certificates and tax IDs Case by case

We request certificates of being up to date with tax and of census status, and tax IDs for non-resident entities, with our team handling each case.

Social Security

What we do with Social Security

  • RED system mailbox

Every hour, from 8 am to 8 pm, we download the RED system mailbox of the employer accounts assigned to BMC's RED authorisation and file the acknowledgements.

  • Your record, with your certificate

With your certificate in BMC Vault we check your Social Security record and spot attachments or debt claims, without opening pending notices.

DEHú and other offices

Notices and other registers

  • DEHú every hour

Every hour we check the DEHú of each client who has given us representation and detect each notice as soon as it is made available, before the ten calendar days the law allows for accessing it run out. You see the alert and its deadline in BMC One. Today, Tax Agency notices arrive this way; Social Security notices we check in your Social Security inbox with the certificate we hold.

  • Bizkaia Provincial Treasury Bizkaia only

We sync your provincial powers of attorney and watch your notice inbox, without opening the notices.

  • Bank of Spain CIRBE If you authorise it

Every month we request your risk report and your adviser gets the changes against the previous month.

  • The BORME gazette for your companies Every day it is published

Every day the Official Companies Registry Gazette (BORME) is published, we record in BMC One the acts published about your companies.

  • REGCON, the Official Gazette and DGT rulings

Our connectors read the collective-agreement registry, the Official Gazette (BOE) and the binding rulings of the Directorate-General for Taxation every day: the base of our public radars and of the team's work.

  • If a request arrives

    We answer it for you.

    Limited-scope tax audits

Use cases

How it shows in your day-to-day

  • The Beckham regime, without the e-office

    The problem
You have six months from your Social Security registration to opt into the regime for posted workers.
    What BMC One does
You sign the engagement letter from your email with BMC Sign; we file Form 149 on your behalf and the receipt stays in your BMC One file.
    With what
BMC Connect and BMC Sign: Form 149 filed by our team
  • A self-employed quarter

    The problem
Every quarter the books need matching, VAT and the income tax instalment need preparing, and the receipts need keeping.
    What BMC One does
We prepare the forms from your books, they are validated, an adviser approves them and they are filed; the receipt appears in BMC One. If there is tax to pay, it is direct-debited from your account or paid with your bank's NRC code.
    With what
BMC Connect and BMC Books: Forms 303 and 130 from BMC One
  • A notice nobody expected

    The problem
The Tax Agency sends you a request and nobody checks your electronic inbox.
    What BMC One does
DEHú is checked every hour; your adviser gets the notice analysed and you see the alert with its deadline. If it needs an answer, we answer it for you.
    With what
BMC Connect and BMC AI: DEHú every hour and analysis of each notice

What is still in progress

Connectors that are not live from BMC One today. We publish it so you know exactly what we already do and what we do not.

Built and validated in the Tax Agency's test environment; not live yet.

    In progress
  • Immediate Supply of Information (SII) from BMC One

    In progress
  • Direct read-only API connection with banks

In preparation. Today we read statements from any bank in Norma 43, CSV or Excel.

    In progress
  • Other forms from BMC One (111, 115, 180, 190, 200 and 390)

Today we file them just the same on the Tax Agency's e-office. What is in progress is filing them from BMC One: they are already validated in the Tax Agency's test environment.

    In progress
  • RED system reports

Registered-employee and contribution-data reports for each employer account assigned to BMC's RED authorisation: on request, being set up.

    In progress
  • Registering and deregistering employees from BMC One

Today we process them through the RED system. What is being tested with the Social Security Treasury is doing it from BMC One.

    In progress

Frequently asked questions

No. The usual route is a power of attorney you grant us on the Tax Agency's e-office with your certificate or Cl@ve, or in person at a Tax Agency office. Leaving your certificate with BMC Vault is optional, for what a power of attorney does not cover: you sign an authorisation, see every use and can end our custody whenever you like; we destroy our copy and email you confirmation of its destruction.
No. Our team does the filing; in BMC One you see its status and download the receipts.
If you are not required to receive notices electronically, letters arrive at your tax address: send us a photo and we add it to your file.
With the Bizkaia Provincial Treasury we manage powers of attorney and watch your notice inbox. Returns to the provincial treasuries, Bizkaia included, and to the Canary Islands Tax Agency we file outside BMC One.
