BMC AI: BMC One's AI, on our own servers and with a person at the end
BMC AI does the manual work: it reads your documents, expenses, email and notices on our own servers in Europe. The accountants, tax advisers and lawyers on our team supervise, decide and sign.
First meeting free. BMC One comes with every BMC engagement, at no separate fee.
BMC AI
BMC AI: 100% local AI, with no external AI providers
BMC One's AI runs on our own servers in Europe: none of its functions sends your documents, your expenses or your notices to an external AI provider, either to read them or to train third-party models.
BMC AI is BMC One's intelligence layer: it reads and sorts your documents and expenses, summarises each document for your adviser, analyses Tax Agency and DEHú notices, sorts your correspondence, searches your information and translates. The AI does the manual work; the accountants, tax advisers and lawyers on our team supervise, decide and sign, and a person approves every filing with the authorities.
How we work
From document to filing receipt
The figure sums up the journey; below it, each step in detail.
-
You
You upload the document
An expense invoice, as a PDF or a photo, to BMC One.
Depending on your engagement
-
BMC AI, on our servers in Europe
The AI reads it
It extracts supplier, amounts and VAT and sorts the document.

BMC AI does it, on our servers in Europe; every use is audited.
-
You
You confirm it
You check what the AI read; once you confirm, the expense is posted.
-
BMC team
We prepare and file
With your books up to date we prepare your return; a person on our team approves it and we file it with the Tax Agency.
A person approves it
See detail
Today we file Forms 303 and 130 this way, from BMC One. We file every other form on the Tax Agency's e-office just the same.
-
You
The receipt, in your file
It is stored with the return, and your compliance board marks it as filed.
How it works
What you can check
-
Where it runs
On our servers in Europe.
-
What leaves
Nothing: no external AI provider.
-
What is logged
Who, when and a hash; never the content.
-
Who decides
A person, on every filing and every signature.
BMC Docs
BMC Docs: the document engine
Switched on per account, with screens in Spanish. It reads every file you upload, extracts its data and leaves it ready for your adviser; whatever it cannot read with confidence is checked by our team.
-
What it reads
PDFs, photos, scans, Office files, emails, Facturae and archives; it recognises invoices, payslips, delivery notes, contracts, bank statements and tax forms.
-
When in doubt, it asks
Whatever it cannot read with confidence is checked by our team.
-
What it does not keep
The engine keeps no copies: the document stays only in your file, on encrypted disks. Whatever you upload in Documents or through a secure link passes an antivirus scan before it is stored.

What the AI does with your documents
-
Expense reading Depending on your engagement
Upload an expense invoice: BMC AI, on our servers, fills in supplier, amounts and VAT, you confirm and it is posted. Unclear cases go to our team.
-
BMC Docs: document reading Switched on per account; in Spanish
BMC AI reads and sorts every document you upload, on our servers, and your adviser gets a summary to deal with it sooner.
-
Notice analysis
Every Tax Agency notice we receive on your behalf is analysed on our servers: deadline, amount, risk and actions. The alert reaches your adviser, who decides, and you see it in BMC One.
Behind the scenes
What the AI does for our team
You do not see it, but you notice it: your adviser comes to every conversation with the context ready.
-
Email sorting
Every message reaches the right person on the team, and every question you open in BMC One is assigned to someone who deals with it.
-
A live file on each client
After each email, the AI updates the state of the relationship: what is pending, with whom and what the next step is.
-
Daily briefing
Every working morning, each adviser gets a prioritised list of deadlines, tasks and open matters.
-
Deadlines in your legal matters
Every legal deadline in your file carries an internal alert well ahead of time.
Automation
What runs on its own, and who supervises it
-
Tax filing receipts Companies
We download the returns your company has filed since 2020, with their receipts; you see them in BMC One.
-
DEHú every hour
Every hour we check the DEHú (Spain's single electronic notice inbox) of each client who has given us representation, and detect each notice as soon as it is made available. What to do with it is your adviser's decision.
-
Payroll on 2026 parameters
BMC Payroll calculates contributions and income tax withholding with the Tax Agency's algorithm; a person on our employment team issues each payslip. The same engine powers our public payslip calculator.
Public
Public tools built with the same AI
Analysis of public information generated with the same local AI, with no client data, and cross-checked automatically. It is for guidance only: for your own situation, talk to our team.

Transparency
Outside BMC One
Three things are not part of BMC One or its AI. We say so here.
-
Our phone line
It is answered by BMC's phone assistant, an AI that speaks seven languages and says so in its first sentence. It is a separate channel: it uses external voice providers outside the European Union and, if you identify yourself, they also receive a summary of your matter.
-
Video-call notes
If automatic notes are generated in a video call with our team, the video-call provider processes them, not BMC One's AI.
-
Your own AI assistant
If you connect it through BMC Link, you decide what data it sees and with which permissions; what it reads is processed by the provider you choose.
What we do and what we do not
What we do
- Read your documents and expenses on our servers
- Sort your correspondence and get it to the right person on the team
- Analyse every Tax Agency notice
- Log every use of the AI
- Give your adviser the context up front
What we do not do
- Decide on your matter, or file or sign anything, without a person
- Send what you upload to external AI providers
- Keep the content of your documents in the AI log: only who, when and a hash
- Translate messages with the team, for now
- Answer the phone line: it is a separate channel from BMC One
