Seafood processing companies: application of new collective agreement from 1 January 2025

The new collective agreement for companies engaged in the processing, transformation, freezing, and refrigeration of fishery products (fish, shellfish, and cephalopods) has been registered and published (Art. 1). The agreement has general applicability and is binding on all companies and workers within its functional scope throughout the national territory (Art. 2 and Art. 3). Its duration is five years, spanning from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2029 (Art. 5).
