The 6th State Sectoral Collective Agreement for external auxiliary services and customer service in railway service companies has been registered and published (Art. 1). The agreement regulates labour relations in sectors such as customer service centre management, assistance for persons with reduced mobility, ticket sales, and station auxiliary services (Art. 2). It establishes specific conditions for probationary periods and the subrogation of services in the event of contract awards (Art. 9 and 11).
For companies in the railway sector (auxiliary services, customer service, car park management, and ticket sales), the agreement establishes a mandatory regulatory framework throughout the national territory (Art. 1). Affected employees, including administrative staff with sector-specific functions, are subject to the agreed salary scales and probationary periods (Art. 2 and 9). In the event of a change in the service contractor, the subrogation mechanism is activated (Art. 11).
