The Directorate General for Foodstuffs has resolved to cancel the registration of the Agricultural Transformation Society (SAT) No. 10017 'Segria Levante' in the General Registry of Agricultural Transformation Societies (First). This decision follows the liquidation agreement adopted at the General Assembly on 8 September 2025 (Second). The resolution is issued in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Royal Decree 1776/1981 (Second).
The resolution entails the dissolution of the legal personality of SAT 'Segria Levante' following its liquidation process. Partners or interested parties affected by the cancellation may lodge an optional appeal for reversal within one month (Law 39/2015) or a contentious-administrative appeal within two months (Law 29/1998) from the day following publication.
