INTA is updating the constitution and composition of its Contracting Board and its Competitive Dialogue Board to comply with Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts (Art. 323.2 LCSP). The new structure modifies the chairmanship and the number of members, establishing a permanent composition that includes members from the legal and audit bodies, as well as members from the Sub-Directorates General (Art. 3.1). This resolution repeals the 2016 regulations to ensure alignment with the current legal framework.
For companies and suppliers participating in procurement processes with INTA, the regulation guarantees a more specialised evaluation structure aligned with the LCSP. In competitive dialogue or innovation partnership procedures, the Board will be expanded by three additional experts with voting rights (Art. 3.1.4). The new composition must be published on the contractor profile at least seven days before its first session (Sole Transitional Provision).
