Audiovisual Fianzas SGR: 10 working days to apply for direct grant following Royal Decree entry into force

Royal Decree 729/2026 regulates the direct granting of a subsidy to the mutual guarantee society Audiovisual Fianzas SGR (CREA SGR) to facilitate access to financing for SMEs in the audiovisual and creative sectors. The granting procedure will be initiated ex officio, and the entity must submit its application within ten working days from the entry into force of the regulation (Art. 3.1). The subsidy is governed by Law 38/2003 on Subsidies and its Regulations (Art. 2.1).
