An agreement has been published between the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and the Community of Castilla y León to enable the electronic operation of various labour-related applications. The objective is to guarantee the right of citizens to interact electronically with Public Administrations.
For companies, trade unions, and business organisations operating in Castilla y León, the management of collective agreements, equality plans, and statutes is facilitated through digital channels, eliminating the need for physical travel. Temporary employment agencies (TEAs) will be able to complete their registration electronically. The administration optimises information management, allowing full access to data regarding registered agreements and organisations.
