Companies and organisations in Castile and León can carry out electronic registration and deposit procedures

The agreement between the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and the Castile and León Community enables the electronic operation of various labour applications. This allows the registration and deposit of collective agreements, work agreements and equality plans, as well as the deposit of statutes of trade and business unions and the registration of temporary work companies. The aim is to ensure citizens' right to interact electronically with public administrations (Exponent 1).

In 3 key points

  1. Electronic enabling of registration and deposit procedures for collective agreements and equality plans (Exponente 1)
  2. Possibility of electronically depositing statutes of trade and business unions (Exponente 1)
  3. Electronic operation of temporary work company registration (Exponente 1)

How it affects those involved

For companies, trade unions and business organisations operating in Castile and León, electronic channels facilitate the management of collective agreements, equality plans and statutes, eliminating the need for physical visits. Temporary work companies (TWCs) can now register electronically. The administration improves information management, enabling full access to data on registered agreements and organisations (Exponent 1).
