New stressed housing market zones: publication of declarations for the second quarter of 2026

The Secretariat of State for Housing and Urban Agenda publishes the list of areas declared as stressed housing markets during the second quarter of 2026, in accordance with Article 18 of Law 12/2023. The resolution includes declarations from various autonomous communities, including Asturias, Galicia (Santiago de Compostela), and the Basque Country (Basauri). These zones determine the application of specific measures regarding the definition of large property owners and potential limitations on lease agreements (art. 18.2.d).
