Bank of Spain: publication of official reference interest rates for the mortgage market for June 2026

The Bank of Spain has published the official reference interest rates for June 2026. These values, determined according to the process set out in Annex 8 of Circular 5/2012, include the average rate for mortgage loans with a term of more than three years for the purchase of non-regulated housing in Spain (3.049%) and the average rate for housing loans with a term of one to five years in the euro area (3.470%) (Annex 8 of Circular 5/2012).
