Bilbao Port Authority: Deregistration of 2,677.06 m² plot in Sestao as unnecessary for port purposes

Order TRM/653/2026 proceeds with the deregistration of a 2,677.06 m² plot located in the Benedicta Dock, Sestao, from the state port public domain (Art. 1). The measure is based on the fact that the land is unnecessary for port purposes and meets the requirements of Article 44 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011 (Art. 1). The deregistered land will be incorporated into the assets of the Bilbao Port Authority (Art. 2).
