Royal Decree 507/2026 extends the transfer of patrimonial assets to the Generalitat of Catalonia under Article 116 of the Statute approved by Organic Law 6/2006. The transfer takes effect from 23 June 2026, affecting agricultural entities managing services in the Xerta-Sénia area.
Autonomous communities, especially Catalonia, gain access to new agricultural assets from 23 June 2026. Agricultural services managed by the Generalitat receive new immovable assets as part of the transfer. The effect date is clear and does not depend on BOE publication (art. 1).
