The Directorate General for Legal Certainty and Public Faith has approved the movable property lease contract model with the identification code "R-SCA 2026" for Scania Commercial Vehicles Renting, SAU. This model includes five specific annexes: joint and several guarantor, insurance conditions, provision of services, other financial lessee, and the assets subject to the contract. The resolution follows a favourable report from the Central Movable Property Registry and the legal counsel attached to the Directorate General.
For Scania Commercial Vehicles Renting, SAU, the resolution formalises the contractual model to be used in its movable property renting operations. For its clients (lessees), this model establishes the standardised insurance, service, and guarantee conditions (Annexes I to V) that will govern their contracts under the R-SCA 2026 identification.
