This Royal Decree establishes the new Professional Certificate in Micropigmentation Procedures and Techniques within the Personal Image professional family, and modifies the curriculum for the Higher Technician qualification in the Design and Craft Construction of String Musical Instruments. Training centres must update their programmes within the next three months; otherwise, they may be sanctioned with fines of up to €1,500 per qualification (Art. 4).
