Law 3/2025 repeals articles 4, 5 and Annex III of Decree-Law 1/2019, as well as article 13.5 of Law 13/2001, introducing new pharmaceutical access rules. It adds a new provision 3 to Law 8/2010. Health centres in Castilla and León must update their pharmaceutical care procedures in line with the new regulation (Articles 4, 5 and Annex III of DL 1/2019). Public health services must adapt their medication supply protocols. Healthcare staff must comply with the new access criteria. The adaptation period is three months from publication (Article 1).
