Health facilities in Castilla and León must update their pharmaceutical access regime within 3 months

Law 3/2025 repeals articles 4, 5 and Annex III of Decree-Law 1/2019, as well as article 13.5 of Law 13/2001, introducing new pharmaceutical access rules. It adds a new provision 3 to Law 8/2010.
