Defence export firms: 30 days to update affected products list

Regulation ECM/536/2026 updates defence trade control annexes by implementing Directive (EU) 2026/325. Exporters must review and update their lists of affected products according to the new criteria in the amended annexes (art. 2). This reflects a regulatory update to ensure control over dual-use and defence products in international trade.
