The General Council of the Judiciary has approved new allocation rules for the Administrative Litigation Section of the Badajoz Court of First Instance (point 1). The distribution of cases among Magistrates will be carried out through classification by subject matter, such as urban planning, compulsory purchase, procurement, tax, environment, immigration, and sanctions (point 1). Specific shifts are established for ordinary, abbreviated, and special proceedings, such as the protection of fundamental rights or electoral processes (point 1, classes 12 and 13).
For litigants in the Badajoz judicial district, the rule organises the competence of Magistrates according to the subject matter and type of procedure (ordinary or abbreviated), providing predictability in case assignment (point 1). Regarding entry authorisations and urgent interim measures, allocation will be conducted by full weeks, starting on Mondays at 09:00 (point 1, class 13, letter B). Letters rogatory will be allocated by full months (point 1, class 13, letter B).
