Neighboring property owners: 30 days to object to georeferenced graphical representation registration

The resolution suspends registration of a georeferenced graphical representation due to a neighbor's objection, pursuant to article 199.2 of the Mortgage Law. The objection period is 30 days from notification of the request (art. 199.2). This mechanism protects neighboring property rights in graphical representation registration procedures.
