Covered vegetable producers: conditions and insurable assets for the Agricultural Insurance Plan

Order APA/460/2026 establishes the technical conditions, insurable assets, and yields for vegetable farming insurance under cover in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (Art. 1). This regulation is part of the 47th Combined Agricultural Insurance Plan and will also apply to the 48th Plan (preamble). It stipulates that facilities (greenhouses, irrigation, etc.) are only insurable if the production is also insured (Art. 1.2).
