An association inquired about the procedure to follow upon receiving new salary attachment orders after a previous one had already been executed. The Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT) responded that, once the proportional part of the salary has been seized in accordance with the scale set out in the Civil Procedure Law, it is not possible to seize the remainder even if a new debt arises.
