IRPF · exención por reinversión

Reinvestment exemption cannot be applied if the sold property is not the main residence

The taxpayer asks whether the reinvestment exemption can be applied when selling a rented property to purchase a new main residence. The DGT rules that this is not possible because the transferred property does not meet the requirement of being the taxpayer's main residence.

The question raised

The DGT's ruling
