Los obligados a inscribirse deben hacerlo en el registro territorial de la oficina gestora de la demarcación donde se instale el establecimiento donde ejerzan su actividad. Para acreditar el derecho a disponer de las instalaciones, basta con presentar un contrato de mediación y depósito. Asimismo, se debe llevar un registro de existencias por establecimiento, incluido el del mediador, mediante sistema informático autorizado.
