IRPF · exención por reinversión

Reinvestment exemption cannot be applied if the sold property was not the main residence

The taxpayer asks whether they can apply the reinvestment exemption for a main residence after selling a second holiday home. The DGT rules that this is not possible because the transferred property does not meet the requirement of being the taxpayer's main residence.

The question raised

The DGT's ruling
