IRPF · exención por reinversión

Reinvestment exemption cannot be applied if the property ceased to be a primary residence more than two years ago

A taxpayer has enquired whether they can apply the reinvestment exemption for a primary residence after selling a property that ceased to be their main residence more than two years ago. The DGT has ruled that this is not possible as the temporal requirement set out in the regulations has not been met.

The question raised

The DGT's ruling
