Spanish tax residency allows worldwide income taxation and joint taxation

A Mexican citizen resident in Spain enquires about her tax situation, including joint taxation, Mexican taxation on her income and future self-employment. The DGT clarifies that as a fiscal resident in Spain, she will be taxed on her worldwide income, and Mexican taxation will depend on the existence of a permanent establishment.
