The DGT clarifies that to apply for the exemption under Decree 571/1963, both the building and its specific elements (such as shields or emblems) must be more than one hundred years old, and the application must be submitted to the local Town Hall.

Esta exención se aplica a los bienes comprendidos en el Decreto 571/1963. Es imprescindible que el sujeto pasivo presente la solicitud ante el Ayuntamiento competente.
