El elemento configurador de la cuota para la actividad de incubación y venta de polluelos es el número de 1.000 plazas o fracción del conjunto de incubadoras instaladas. El término plazas debe entenderse, según el sentido del título del epígrafe, como el número de huevos fértiles susceptibles de incubar por el conjunto de incubadoras de la explotación.
